With this kit you get the digital pattern as well as enough miniskeins to make the pattern! You get 7x ten gram miniskeins that are both tonal and variegated with a lovely summer-y vibe to them. Your miniskein set would not match my hat, but would be a mystery set.

Did you get a yarn advent this year? Do you have a lot of fingering weight scraps? This is a lovely, textured pattern to use some of those scraps or mini skeins you have sitting around. The changing colors in this pattern makes it very addicting to knit. It would be a lovely pattern to plan your colorways (as I did in this hat) or to just use your colors randomly.
SIZES
One size, medium adult
MATERIAL
Fingering Weight yarn, 400 yards for 100 grams. That was plenty to produce a women’s size medium hat. Use 10 x 10 gram mini skeins, or any combination of fingering weight scraps from your stash. I used approx. 58 grams of yarn total for a medium sized hat.
Gauge:
7 stitches to 1”
9 rounds to 1”
using Stockinette Stitch
Needles Size:
US 0 to 2 (2.0mm to 2.75mm) or size needed to get gauge appropriate for your yarn
2 circulars or 1 long circular for Magic Loop or
Double pointed needles as per your preference
