This is a new series! I will produce a new Painterly colorway each month. It will only be available for one month. I will be taking this colorway down in mid- April and it will no longer be available. I will then have the next painting to list. This is a variegated colorway that moves from salmon to sky blue and ending with a dark teal. It finishes with a light speckling of orange, gold, blue, and red. You will have your choice of yarn bases and I will have it for you in about a week.
You have your choice of yarn base.
Here are the yarn choices:
This yarn is a Superwash 80% merino, 20% nylon blend. A fingering weight yarn, it is soft for next to skin wear. One skein is enough for a beautiful pair of adult socks, a small lovely shawl, or a baby garment. The skein is 100 grams and 400 yards. This is a wonderful base, slightly plumper and softer than other fingering weight yarns.
This sport weight yarn is a lovely non-superwash yarn. It is 100% Merino and a 3 ply yarn. It is 328 yards and 100 grams. Because it is a non-superwash, the colorways are more like a watercolor and have less definied colors (speckles).
This yarn is a 100% Superwash Merino wool. A DK weight yarn, it is soft for next to skin wear. A yarn with great stitch definition. The skein is 115 grams and 250 yards.
Singles: 100% SW Merino
240 yards and 100 grams, as you can see by the yardage, it is about a DK weight. This is SOOOO soft. It would be a lovely cowl, shawl, or hat.
Worsted Weight: This yarn is a 100% Superwash Merino wool. A worsted weight yarn, it is soft for next to skin wear. A yarn with great stitch definition. The skein is 100 grams and 181 yards. This is a popular yarn for hats and scarves but would also make a warm and squishy sweater.
Bulky :100% Superwash Merino
3ply yarn
106 yds/100g skein
