Fire and Ice, Hand dyed yarn, Fingering weight, Superwash Yarn

This hand dyed yarn was made by snow dyeing! I packed the yarn in snow and sprinkled it with dye, left to melt overnight and set it the next day. A fun technique. Because it was snow dyed, this is truly a one-of-a-kind yarn and is ready to ship!

Fire and Ice is a variegated colorway that moves from a sky blue to a burnt orange-ish red; with light blue as well.

Fingering Weight: One of my favorite bases: 80/20 Superwash Merino/ nylon. The extra little bit of Merino makes this a softer, slightly plumper fingering weight yarn. 400 yards for 100 grams


Dyed with professional acid dyes, light and washfast.

I recommend washing knitted or crochet items by hand and dry flat. Keep in mind that these yarns are hand dyed and colors may be slightly different than the yarn color in the photos.

This yarn has been dyed in a pet free and smoke free home.
