Emerald City is not only a one of a kind colorway, but it is also a one of a kind yarn base! I was trying this base out to see if I wanted to carry it in the shop. It is a very soft, fingering weight yarn that is 90/10 SW Merino/ Lurex (the silver sparkle) It is 411 yards for 100 grams. The sparkle is soft to the skin as well as the yarn.
The colorway is a variegated green/ black that varies in the depth as well as the shade of green. Lots of variation here!
It would be a beautiful pair of mitts, or a lightweight hat!
