This colorway is based on one of my favorite books. The Alchemyst is the first book in a young adult series. It is a fantasy series of some twins which are going to save the world from the evil trying to overtake it. A very fast paced series, very action packed. This colorway is a lovely natural color. It is a tan base with turquoise splashes and brown and teal speckling.
Fingering Weight:
The fingering weight option. This is a 75/25 Superwash Merino/ nylon. A little bit stronger from the more nylon. This would be a wonderful base for socks! 100 grams with 463 yards and a 4 ply, so a little more rounded.
Sport Weight yarn: This yarn is a 100% Superwash Merino and nylon, it is soft for next to skin wear. A yarn with great stitch definition. The skein is 100 grams and 328 yards. A skein would be enough for a hat, mittens, fingerless gloves, slippers, you could even make a pair of socks!
Dyed with professional acid dyes, light and washfast.
I recommend washing knitted or crochet items by hand and dry flat. Keep in mind that these yarns are hand dyed and colors may be slightly different than the yarn color in the photos.
This yarn has been dyed in a pet free and smoke free home.
